GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS

All students will abide by instructions, orders, rules, regulations, ethics and moral code as envisaged in this guide book and as issued / modified from time to time. In addition the following rules have to be followed:

1. Punctuality and proper discipline in classrooms have to be maintained. Every student shall be in the classroom by the time presented. Late comers will be liable to penalty. Every student is required to attend 75% of the lectures. Repeated absence from lectures, classes, seminars, demonstrations, presentations and lab work will make a student liable to be expelled from the Institute.

2. No gathering or meeting of students will be allowed in the premises of the Institute for purpose other than educational.

3. Any student found guilty of persistent violation of rules shall be suspended or dismissed from theInstitute by the Academic Council. Defacing walls, orders on notice boards, furniture, fixtures and electric appliances is strictly prohibited.

4. All cases of sickness must be reported to the Students Affairs Office.
